Overall Responsibilities:
Provide Technical leadership for the KS facility. This position is responsible for all Engineering aspects of the Kunshan facility. Will support local KS management to improve plant performance and drive Operational Excellence.
Leadership and Impact:
· Lead Process Improvement Activities and Standard work practices
· Responsible for Equipment, Product and Suppliers Qualifications
· Develop and monitor Equipment and Facility Maintenance
· Improve and control Equipment Efficiencies and Utilization
· Develop and control of Quality Systems
· Lead efforts in New Product Introduction
· Lead Process Improvement activities and the Deployment of Lean Sigma in KS
· Lead and monitor Cost Improvement activities
Develops & implements Engineering projects within the manufacturing environment through effective leadership and project management. These projects involve products, processes, materials and suppliers to drive customer service improvements, innovation, better quality and cost reduction to support KS business plans.
Organization Development & Leadership
· Develops and leads Engineering and Operations project teams.
· Sources technical expertise for KS
· Manages external resources (contractors, Suppliers performance, etc).
· Serves as technical lead in Suppliers relationships. Develops/renews standard work practices and tools in the area of their work.
· Provide feedback, coaching, conducting GPS and LDR assessments, objective setting, development planning, career discussions, talent assessment, and succession planning to his direct reports
This Engineering Manager position will report to KS Plant Manager. Direct reports to this position are Process Engineer, QC Supervisors and Maintenance and Engineering personnel. |

| 要求描述： |
- BS or MS Degree (technical &/or manufacturing) or 7-10+ specialist/technical experience without degree.
- Complete understanding of technical/ administrative standards and principles in Engineering and manufacturing. General knowledge of other related technical disciplines.
- Effective communication skills, verbal and written in bilingual ?C English and Chinese, with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Self-starter, results-oriented, problem solving skills and the ability to get things done and move the organization toward manufacturing excellence.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, Microsoft project and AutoCAD experience preferred.
The individual should demonstrate ability to work effectively and collaboratively in teams, across functional lines, and with internal and external customers. This position requires hands-on ability in production lines and some strategic planning skills.
