1. Maintain company’s formula management and costing system to support creation activities and customer service team;

2. Work closely with QA team to build up comprehensive and accurate technical data in formula management system including products’ specification, MSDS etc…
   与QA部门合作建立配方管理体系全面而准确的的技术资料，包括产品的说明，物料安全数据表等
3. Support commercial team in product technical data management and customer complaints processing;
   在产品技术信息管理上为业务部门提供支持，及处理客户投诉。
4. Cooperate with Purchasing and Accounting Department to gain precise raw material cost and update in system promptly;
   与采购和会计部门协作获取准确的原材料成本，及时更新系统。
5. Conduct supplier’s survey and provide related training program for suppliers to complete necessary documentation;
   进行供应商的调查，提供相关的培训给供应商并完成必须的文件。
6. Check all related raw materials’ technical documents and ensure supplier’s compliance in QA, food safety and other required aspects;
   检查所有原材料的技术文件，确保供应商在质量保证、食品安全及其他方面的服从性。
7. Participate supplier audit and provide professional inputs for supplier’s quality assurance system improvement;
   参与供应商稽核并为供应商的质量保证体系的改进提供专业的指导。
8. Collect and analyze governmental policy or industrial regulations regarding food additives；
   整理和分析有关食品添加剂方面的政府政策和行业法规。

1. Broad knowledge in product’s specifications, MSDS, QC and related international regulations (such as FDA, EU);
   熟悉产品指标，物料安全数据表，质量控制及相关的国际法规（例如FDA，EU）。
2. Strong competence in data sorting and analysis;
   有很强的数据分类和分析能力
3. Be good at conducting data processing and verification work;
   善于数据处理和查证工作
4. Strong communication skills and customer-oriented style;
   有很强的沟通技巧及以客户为导向。
5. Good command in both oral and written English;
   英语口语及书面表达良好
6. Strong skills in MS Office software, especially Excel.
   熟悉办公软件，尤其是Excel.

1. Be familiar with at least one of quality assurance systems including ISO, GMP or HACCP;
   至少熟悉一种质量保证系统包括ISO，GMP，或HACCP
2. Have experience in supplier management.
   有供应商管理的经验。
