| 职位描述: |
- 1) Work with sales team to facilitate sales and accomplish
budget from daily work such as handle sales order, check
inventory & customer credit limit and term, coordinate
& follow up shipment, AR etc.
2) Work with sales team to improve customer's satisfactory,
putting our customer first!
3) Work with the team to control Shanghai AR and DSO, and
managing inventory level with logistic team.
4) Make recommendations & implementing programs to improve
management
5) Comply and meet corporate reporting requirements and
deadlines to deliver reports.
6) Deal with customer complaints, delivery sample and other
information to customers as requested by sales
7) Handle or assist purchasing, invoice and payment arrangement
to suppliers
8) Handle or assist fixed assets management
9) Keep effective communication and good business relationship
with all customers and sales
10) Leading customer service team with professional leadership
to improve customer's satisfaction

| 要求描述: |
- 1) College degree or above, minim 5 years working experience
in customer service with at least 2 years managerial function
2) Excellent PC skill and good command of English
3) Good communication skill, service etiquette and optimistic
4) Very positive working attitude, be able to work under
pressure and take initiatives
5) Strong sense of job responsibility and good team player
6) Good learning ability and willing to continuously improve
with open mind
