2. Conduct technical and applications training
Membership and/or participation in relevant industry associations in China including presentation of papers at key seminars.
Customer training of products application and new products promotions with sales team
Interal training of sales team for new product lunch and technical support trouble shooting.
3.Competitor product studies and comparisons, products test reports evaluation & recommendations
Analysis the customer request and transfer to test requirement to service lab.
Evaluate the test report and give recommendations of Avery products
4.Develop and maintain technical and applications related databases and documentation (eg case histories).
Set up and maintain Technical support database.
Documentation of technical support efforts
Provide and maintain Technical Support Manual
5.Help QA department to handle customer complaints.

1, Bachelor Degree
In chemistry, polymer physics or engineering (chemical, polymer) or equivalent
2, 3 to 5 years experience, Adhesives, Resins, Chemicals, Plastics Industry. More than two years hands-on product development background
Knowledge, experience and/or background in one of the following areas is requird :
- Solvent Adhesive (Acrylic, Mod. Acrylic, Silicone, etc...)
- Hotmelt Adhesive (Rubber)
- Liner & (Silicone and non-silicone) Release Coating
- Plastic Films (BOPP, CPP, PET, PVC, ...)
- Adhesive Mixing, Compounding, Coating and/or extrusion
- Resin or Rubber Development
3, well known about slit and die cutting. familiar with the principle of rewind and slit machine.
4, Precise, accurate, detailed and complete in evaluation, analysis and reports.
5, Have a systematic and logical approach to problem solving.
Being hands-on, analytical , using creativity and being innovative. good at write English reports to oversea customers
6, Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Including Word, Excel, PowerPoint . Experience with Lotus Notes, MS Exchange, MS Project or MS Visio are a plus.
7, familiar with Diaper or napkin machine, especially for the tape cut and convert system.
8, Be confidential, protect/safeguard trade secrets and respect Intellectual Property.
