| Qualifications and Experience: |
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Engineering or Business
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales or marketing
- Possess good business acumen or has a good track record in sales and/or marketing
- Able to relate to both technical and commercial matters comfortably
- Good spoken and written English
- Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint and Word software and Lotus Notes.
- Possess own transport

| Major Roles: |
- By managing and growing business with existing accounts
- By identifying and developing new accounts
- Key contact for assigned accounts (optional)
- To develop relationships with key accounts, distributor/agents and converters
- Work closely with distributors/agents and converters sales reps to jointly develop new business
- Support and contribute actively to company’s growth programs

| Major Responsibilities:: |
- To develop and meet AOP targets
- To sell and promote Avery’s Specialty Tapes Business in assigned territory
- Work closely with customers to ensure that
- Customers place Pos with us on time
- Customers’ delivery expectations are met
- That we respond timely to enquiries and technical issues

- Be a constant source of market knowledge

- Demonstrate a high level of technical selling skills and effective utilization of sales tools

- Develop good weekly and monthly objectives
- Expected to spend no more than 20% of time in the office per week
- Submit weekly reports 1 work day after the end of each week and monthly report 4 work days after the end of each month. Submit feedback and reports as and when required
