Sales Supervisor- Healthcare East China
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Engineering or Business
  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales or marketing
  • Possess good business acumen or has a good track record in sales and/or marketing
  • Able to relate to both technical and commercial matters comfortably
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint and Word software and Lotus Notes.
  • Possess own transport
Major Roles:
  • To grow the business
  • By managing and growing business with existing accounts
  • By identifying and developing new accounts
  • Key contact for assigned accounts (optional)
  • To develop relationships with key accounts, distributor/agents and converters
  • Work closely with distributors/agents and converters sales reps to jointly develop new business
  • Support and contribute actively to company’s growth programs

 

Major Responsibilities::
  • To develop and meet AOP targets
  • To sell and promote Avery’s Specialty Tapes Business in assigned territory
  • Work closely with customers to ensure that
    • Customers place Pos with us on time
    • Customers’ delivery expectations are met
    • That we respond timely to enquiries and technical issues
    • Demonstrates Avery as a service oriented company
  • Be a constant source of market knowledge
    • new applications
    • customers’ activities
    • market research activities
    • competitive activities
  • Proactively contribute to the generation of new ideas and new ways of doing things
  • He must
    • Demonstrate a high level of technical selling skills and effective utilization of sales tools
    • Consistently identify new accounts to work on
    • Demonstrate good time and territory planning
      • Conduct at least 10 sales calls/week
      • Develop good weekly and monthly objectives
      • Expected to spend no more than 20% of time in the office per week
  • Submit weekly reports 1 work day after the end of each week and monthly report 4 work days after the end of each month. Submit feedback and reports as and when required
